Leo Rojas is Chief of Staff at EnviroSpark. In this role, he assists the CEO and other executives by providing cross-functional support and oversight for joint initiatives between departments, organization and prioritization of critical issues and required information for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision making, and assistance to leadership for delivering, monitoring, and communicating progress towards company goals.

Prior to EnviroSpark, Leo has served in several companies and industries. Most recently, he was a part of the Site Acquisition team for Tesla, focusing on Level 2 infrastructure. He is also the former Vice President of Operations for Fusus by Axon, the world’s largest Real Time Crime Center company. Throughout his tenure, Leo has worked with over 500 government municipalities building technology infrastructure with a focus on IoT and real-time intelligence based technology.

Leo is also a Marine Corps veteran, where he served as a utilities Chief. He is a serial entrepreneur, having started 5 businesses in the automotive and technology sectors. He currently resides just outside of Atlanta, and enjoys spending time with his family, as well as finding any excuse to take part in outdoor activities including hiking, camping, and motorsports.
