Brad serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at EnviroSpark. Focused on a high degree of operational excellence, he leads a skilled team of energy solutions professionals adept at delivering on stakeholder expectations for the installation and maintenance of electrical charging infrastructure.
Before joining EnviroSpark, Brad dedicated two decades to senior leadership positions serving in the United States Air Force in multiple strategic roles in operations, logistics, and infrastructure management leading teams across 12 countries in high-stakes contested environments. A highlight of his military career was his tenure as a Chief of Operations within the Air Force’s Engineering directorate which was marked by his adept leadership of 1.8K personnel, as he oversaw a $691M Master Construction Plan in support of 23 principal agencies. This role underscored his ability to handle large-scale projects, budget execution, and complex team leadership, showcasing his promotion to the top 1% among 398,000 Air Force professionals.
Brad serves as a Board Director and co-chairs the Strategic Planning and Development committees at the United Multiple Sulfatase Deficiency (MSD) Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on developing treatments and a cure for the fatal, neurodegenerative disease found in children.
His distinguished military service includes multiple deployments in support of Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, Freedom’s Sentinel, Inherent Resolve, and Allies Refuge. A Michigan native, Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Park University and an MBA from Mississippi State University. He is also a graduate of the United States Naval War College and Air Force Institute of Technology, completing courses in Strategic Leadership and Engineering Management.
