Frank Woodling is CEO of EnviroSpark. Prior to his time at EnviroSpark, Frank served as an MBA Finance Associate at Delta Air Lines in the TechOps-Engine Maintenance business unit. After graduating from the University of Georgia in 2009 with a degree in International Business – Finance & Economics, Frank held positions of increasing responsibility at Arauco North America in their Sales and Business Development group. After eight years at Arauco, Frank enrolled in the full-time MBA program at Emory University and earned his degree in 2019 with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance. Frank and his wife were both born and raised in Atlanta, GA, and currently reside in Decatur, GA. Frank is an avid golfer and enjoys listening to jazz and spending time with family.
Andrew Bailey
CMO
Andrew is Chief Marketing Officer of EnviroSpark. Andrew led EnviroSpark’s efforts to secure seed funding to establish proof-of-concept for EnviroSpark’s network operations. Prior to serving as CMO at EnviroSpark, Andrew founded and ran CourtTech Courts, the premier squash court design and build firm in the US. Andrew serves on the board of directors for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and A+ Squash. He also serves on the Williston Northampton School’s Head’s Visiting Council. Additionally, Andrew co-directs a family charitable fund that supports educational and community programs in Atlanta and nationwide. Andrew lives in Atlanta, GA, with his wife, daughter, and son. He is an avid squash player and enjoys traveling, live music, and spending time with his family
Joe Williams
SVP of Business Development
Joe Williams is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at EnviroSpark. In this role, Joe leads strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. He oversees the development of key partnerships and new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with EnviroSpark’s long-term objectives, while also focusing on innovation and customer satisfaction.
Before joining EnviroSpark, Joe spent 8 years with Tesla, most recently as the Southeast Regional Development Lead. In this capacity, Joe helped develop and implement the network strategy that drove his team’s success in deploying Destination Charging and Supercharging across the Southeast.
He currently resides in the Atlanta area and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, reading, playing board games, and talking to anyone who will listen about fantasy football.
Joe Carrico
SVP of Human Resources and Safety
Joe Carrico is the Senior Vice President of HR & Safety at EnviroSpark, where he brings more than 25 years of HR experience to his role. In his current role, Joe is responsible for leading EnviroSpark’s overall human resources strategy, national talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and employee relations.
Before joining EnviroSpark, Joe served as Vice President of HR and Safety for Crider Foods, the largest food processor of chicken in the world, where he helped build a culture of high-performing teams. Prior to Crider Foods, he led HR teams for several leading companies, including Baldor Foods and Newell. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Psychology from São Paulo University. He also has attended Executive Management and Leadership training from Cornell University and Harvard Business School.
Joe is an avid martial arts fan and he holds a black belt. He practices the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira and Taekwondo. He enjoys spending time with his family in Atlanta.
